Our faculty in the Department of Animal Science are pleased to provide the 2003 Annual Research Report to you.  This report covers a wide range of Animal Science research activities and provides you with a current report on important findings.  Some research activities are not included herein, especially in poultry and in some areas of food science, because these are disseminated via other venues.  We are pledged to the continued development, dissemination and implementation of new information and technology to better serve animal agriculture and all citizens, domestically and worldwide.
