Oklahoma State's Meat Science Program Is Dedicated To Teaching, Research, and Extension.
Utilizing state of the art facilities, we strive to educate undergraduate and graduate students, so that their knowledge will be in strong demand, whether it be in academia, industry or research.


Students learn different aspects of the meat industry. They learn about live animal evaluation, livestock harvest, meat evaluation, and processed meats.
