Our students often represent OSU's finest at the Reciprocal Meat Conference,
the Advanced Cattleman's Seminars, and other professional meetings.
Moreover, the meat graduate students provide research that benefits
industry, academia and extension. The course study is culminated when
they present their master thesis.
Oklahoma State graduates are well know in the world of meat science.
