Manipulation of low value muscle proteins to enhance the quality,
nutrition, and economic value.
Conversion of food processing waste to syngas/biofuel.
Extraction of value-added components from food processing waste.

Development of reliable confirmation methods for the presence or absence
of allergen promoting foods.
