ANSI 5303 - Advanced Animal Breeding

There is a program on the web site to enable you to evaluate adjustment factors using Proc GLM. The program contains a data set with 2500 cattle birth weight records. Open SAS and load adjust.txt into the program editor. Run this program. Proc GLM will compute least squares means (means that are properly adjusted for the unbalanced data). Use the least squares means for ages of dam to propose additive adjustment factors.
