In research conducted with this breed Nooriyan Sooror (2000) reported that year of birth had significant effect on all traits, exept on average daily gain from birth to weaning weight, sex of lamb affected only birth weight, and type of birth affected only birth weight, weaning weight and body weight at 6 months age of dam had no significant influence on any trait.wherease herd effect was significant for all traits. Genetic parameters was estimated ( h2 and (co) variance) in this study.this parameters stimated by use of DFRMEL and animal model.
