Ukrainian Beef

Also Known As: Ukrainian Beef Synthetic, Ukrainian Meat

This breed is found throughout the Ukraine. It was developed in the late 1960's. The breed is composed of 3/8 Chianina, 3/8 Charolais, 1/8 Russian Simmental, 1/8 Ukrainian Grey.
