Breeds of Livestock - Karan Fries Cattle

Karan Fries

The Karan Fries were developed in India at the National Dairy Research Institute at Karnal. The breed was developed using Holstein (Friesian) and Tharparkar. The percentage of Holstein in the breed ranges from 3/8 to 1/2 of the breeding.
